Ms Dinkins called me from Tampa stating she would be in town that weekend. Wanted to know about a property we had listed. Asked what type of area it was, said some areas she would not live in. After some discussion I declined the opportunity to work with hear ans suggested she contact another realtor.
Received a contract from her thru another realtor with financing, I informed the realtor it was sold "as is" seller will not do any repairs. Ocwen accepted the offer and stated they would not do repairs.
When the termite letter was done it was discovered the property had live infestation. Ocwen treated but would not do repairs. And the buyer could not get financing without repairs so she withdrew. The property was told to a different buyer CASH thru another realtor.
Later I received a complaint that I tried to steer her into an ALL white neighborhood-which is not true-area is very mixed. I did not show her the property, Have never met the lady, have not idea what race she is.
The state investigated the complaint and found NO CAUSE, the investigator did say he was familiar with the lady.
