Complaint Review: Not too old to be soldcom - Internet

Your accusation that we never responded to your requests is inaccurate. In fact with the 4 emails we responded to you requested within hours, and received acknowledgements from you on those emails except the last one in this complaint. The email you sent, dated 8/3/16 9:36 AM , was actually replied to at 8/3/16 10:44 AM. I am attaching proof of this. I think we offered you a good solution for what you where looking for and we are quite surprised by your complaint. 

Here is a copy of our original response:

"Sorry for the inconvenience. Since we only sell used products the license had already been registered. This is something that is clearly stated on the terms and conditions when you placed the order and on the product pages. This does not mean you can not activate and install the product on your computer. If you are having an activation issue please let us know by sending a screenshot to us and we will contact Adobe to fix the issue. The license is completely valid and genuine. If you are looking to get a new product that has not been used we can help with that as well but there will be a $250 price difference. You can also return the product and get your money back. "

I clearly stated the below, without using any email addresses in an email.

"I really do not want to inform you that Adobe says this software has already been registered.  This ain’t good!"

I addidtionally used their on line form telling them as a small business my self I know the sting of a charge back and did not want to go that route and I was ignored as I also simply askd for valid serial numbers or a refund.....and I was ignored.  Why would I do this if I had bad intentions.  I have other things to do.  If I get a refund or valid serial numbers I will report that result.  I also lost money in this tranaction.

Their site clearly states "We Sell Full Packaged Products, NOT just Downloads!".  With a FULL PACKAGED PRODUCT" i would expect new software and serial numbers.
