NextCard Visa ripoff consumer fraud Omaha Nebraska
The first thing I want to write about is the interest rate. I started out with a rate of 2.9%, because of a payment they did post properly, they raised the rate to 27% and would not change it back. (even though it was their error)
In the month of September 2002, I was assessed me a finance charge that took my account over the limit, they in return, charged me an over-the-limit fee of $30.00. Well, you cannot charge a consumer a fee on a fee. They did not return the fee to me.
I have always paid my bill online, when the government closed them down, they sent a letter saying that we would still have the option to make online payments, well, their website does not work and they depend on your payment to be late.
I would like to know how come we are not preparing a class action suit on these son's of witches! What is the BBB and the Attorney General's office doing to protect us, the consumer from these practices? There has got to be something illegal about these practices. Some one, Please help!
