2 days after being hit by the tornado that came through the area... My insurance company brought them and their gear onsite to remove trees. As they were doing the work the insurance company brought them out for.... They highlighted additional trees of concern that they said the insurance company wouldn't cover.
They charged me $6,000 to remove 3 trees when they were already on site, had people and cranes already here. I tried to talk with them about it after confirming with other tree companies that it was an outrageous price but they were not interested in re-doing their bill.
