tryed to check out to find that netflix.com did not have any movies that i would like to rent so i tried to cancel and they took my money anyway so please pass the word for people not to even try this web address. they take your money even if you never get a movie from them thanks. {tom}

Thomas, don't get mad that you didn't do your homework and check out their selection. My wife has a membership with them. And I have been checking them out about getting a membership for myself, because my wife and I have different taste in movies. And with the exception of maybe 1 or 2 movies I asked about, it was listed in their library. And you can go to their site and ask about a movie and see if they have access to it BEFORE you join.

They have like every movie available! Anyway, they don't take your money if you cancel before the time allotted. It's like 2 weeks. It took you 2 weeks to realize there were no movies you like? If I paid for a gym membership, but then realized I didn't like the equipment, I would cancel, but wouldn't expect a refund for the time I was a member. It's ridiculous.
