A Stafford loan has a minimum monthly payment of $50.00 It is a loan, it must be repaid, and it is repaid in monthly installments. If it's subsidized the government pays the interest in an authorized deferment. You pay interest all other times. This is very basic information published all over the internet, including on the website of the company you are directing your entirely meritless complaint at, not to mention the federal student aid website and the websites of almost all schools that participate in the federal financial aid program. It's spelled out in great detail in the promissory note every student signs. You may be able to get the loan discharged due to false certification of ability to benefit if you can't read basic English;)
