Nationwide Industrial Supply Industrial Ladder Boondoggle Butler New Jersey
Ordered (2) Rolling Industrial Ladders with 3-5 week lead time. Promptly charged my credit card.
6 weeks later started getting the run-around that "my paperwork was pulled" and nobody knew where it was or why. Week 7 got the same story but they were checking with CS Mgr & would get back to me... never did. Week 9 spoke with the CS Mgr who had no idea why paperwork got pulled but would get me an answer ASAP... never heard back. Week 11 (83 days after placing order) was told that it would ship in 3-1/2 weeks... so I cancelled order.
Manufacturer is only 80 miles from me and has a 10 day lead time so I know that NIS had no intentions of ever delivering with their proposed 14+ week "promise". Awaiting refund, which I'm expecting will be equally as frustrating but have no problems disputing fraudulent charges with my credit card company. STAY AWAY from NIS, save yourself the aggravation and deal with ANY other Industrial supply house.
