National Auto Transport ripoff consumer fraud ripoff Miami Florida
This company charged me $200 on my credit card without my authorization...I never signed a contract, never agreed to have any service contracted. I called them for a price of moving my vehicle, we agreed on a price, I told them if they could provide me with proof of liability insurance(for my protection)I would agree to use them. I was told no problem, I gave them my card number to secure a reservation for a "prospective" arrangement for them to transport my car Contingent on them providing me with proof of insurance. Alex(their representative) was unable to provide me with proof of ins. I told him I could not use them. I explained to him I would not give them possession of my car without them providing me with proof of insurance. He was upset, and ended up charging my credit card $200. I am presently fighting VISA disputing this charge(waste of time and energy). BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE BROKERS, THEREFORE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES...DO NOT USE A BROKER...I finally used a co. called SWAD...great company..in FT. Lauderdale 954-764-5700 DO NOT USE NATIONAL!!! Gordon
