I was given an estimate of $1386 minus $100 off if I

downloaded a coupon off the internet. When the movers got to my apartment, they said that I had a lot more than what my estimate said and ended charging me close to $3000 for my move from Alabama to Virginia. I had to

pay half of this at pick up.

The driver told me to call Sam and he would reduce the price for me. So I had my father call him bcause I felt

that as a young woman, I would not be taken seriously. Sam told my dad he would work with us after he pulled my file which would take 2 days for some reason. He also said that he would contact me on my cellular phone to resolve this and he never called. Finally, I called him and he wouldn\'t even talk to me. He referred me to another man named Ronnie.

Ronnie reduced my price to $2109 plus 3 flights of stairs at $75 per flight upon delivery. This is still twice as much as my estimate. I was told that my items would be at my new apartment in 3 to 10 days.

At the time of pick up, I was told my items would be delivered in 3 days. After 3 days, I called the office and they said that they weren\'t sure when it would be and they would call me back the next day. I waited

for a phone call and never received one.

I called the office again the next day, and they said that my items would be there on day 7 or 8 and

would call the next day to let me know exactly when my delivery would be. Again, I never received a call.

On day 7, I called them and I was referred to a third person, Jonathon, who said that my items would be

delivered on day 9 or 10 and would call and let me know. Again, they did not call me. So I called on day 10 and they said that my items would be delivered on day 11 but I would have to leave work early because they couldn\'t wait until after 5pm to deliver. I got home at 3:30pm to

meet the movers and they did not show up until 7:15pm. Now, I am having to file a claim with the company because I have 2 missing chairs, one broken chair, a missing sewing machine that I have used once, and several broken candleholders, dishes, and glasses.

I was told by several different employees of this company that my items were covered by their insurance and if anything happened, they would be replaced. So when I called to have a claim form faxed (which I had to

call twice to get them to fax it), they told me that they only pay $0.60 per pound and it is not even worth it for me to file a claim.

These guys are nothing but a bunch of crooks!!!
