MSB Municipal Services Bureau Billing for parking ticket paid years ago second year in a row paid in 2015 city shows 0 balance for years but still sending threatening letters demanding payment.. Austin Texas
Second year in a row collection agency demanding payiment for parking ticket from 2015 which was paid in 2015. Threatening to boot and confiscate car if not paid. Verified with city that this was paid and there is zero balance. Did same thing last year. This is harassment trying to collect on illegitimate debt. This is fraud as letter was sent thru US mail.
I have called the number on the letter and been left on hold for 20-30 minutes repeatedly with no answering of call...just muzak. This is a fraudulent demand for payment and must not effect my credit record. Cease and desist these letters sent threatening to have my car booted and towed for this fraudulent demand for payment. Payment was made years ago.
Cease and desis from tracking my location and address as I have moved out of state from the time this parking citation was made. That is stalking! I have a pdf screen shot demonstrating that I have a zero balance. This also was confirmed by calliong the City of Dallas. I have had to go thru this last year with these fraudsters.

Hi. MSB had has numerous complaints of them taking our money and then continuing to ask for more money after we were told we had paid in full.
