These dirtbags charged my wife for two extra sets of knifes. And when they arrived we recieved three sets and a mysterious set of cutting boards. Total billed to her card for a $39.95 set she ordered?? $109.00 But wait! There's more... the invoice is for $189.60 with a balance due of $79.80!! Lets see, 39.95 for the set we ordered, two additional sets for 19.98, two generic wooden slabs for 29.95 each and a whopping shipping charge of 49.80 (shipping is non refundable, see the fine print). When we threaten to return to sender and charge back the card, we get..."the return shipper is in the mail."

The Better Buisness Bureau, list them as a member with the following to say: Complainants allege a variety of billing and delivery related complaints. Most complainants allege excessive delays with order delivery, or no delivery at all. Some customers complain, they order one knife set, but are billed for, and receive two or three sets.

They further complain, they are unable to obtain credits or refunds on the unordered items. Many express dissatisfaction that delivery charges are non-refundable, even on orders duplicated in error by the company. Most complainants allege that customer service representatives are rude, patronizing, or simply give them false information concerning their delivery or refund status in order to terminate the call.

The company responds to complaints by shipping orders, advising the complainant of a future delivery or refund date, and apologizing for the problems. Some complaints are closed as disputed, meaning the customer is not satisfied with the company's response.

Some customers claim although the company promises refunds or credits, none are received within the time periods specified. Our office has contacted the company expressing our concerns with the delivery and refund issues alleged by complainants.

The company has agreed to implement a plan to improve customer service and operate under the guidelines set forth by federal mail order rules. Federal Trade Commission's Mail Order Rule allows the seller 30 days to ship ordered products to the buyer unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

If the seller cannot ship within the 30 day period, they are required to notify the buyer in writing of the delay, and give the option of waiting, or having their money returned within 7 days. Credit card payments must be credited within one billing cycle. The Better Business Bureau does not endorse, recommend or disapprove of any product, service or company.

MY ADVICE: STAY AWAY! Buy these knifes at your local as-seen-on-TV shop. Better yet, buy something else.
