The Minuteman Press franchise system causes its franchisees to suffer disastrous losses. The experiences of Minuteman Press franchisees in the Australian states of New South Wales (NSW) and Queensland (QLD) illustrate the consequences of the fraudulent conduct, the unconscionable conduct, the misleading and deceptive conduct and the general misconduct of Minuteman Press.

In 2009 Minuteman Press had 5 franchise stores in NSW and 3 franchise stores in QLD, i.e. total 8 stores in the two states.

In 2012 Minuteman Press had 4 franchise stores in NSW and 4 franchise stores in QLD, i.e. total 8 stores in the two states.

For the 14 years from 2005 to 2018 no less than 37 franchisees in NSW and QLD had to either close or sell their loss-making businesses. All these franchisees invested their hard-earned money in their businesses relying on the false promises of Bob Titus (MPI President), Michael Jutt (MPI Senior Executive Vice President), George Holzmacher (MPI Vice President), Andy Barrett (MPI Regional Vice President), Glen Coyle (MPI Area Manager), Jeffrey Lewis (MPI Area Manager) and Chris Jutt (MPI Area Manager).

The franchisee must pay Minuteman Press an initial fee of $61,050 when it opens a new Minuteman Press store, whilst the new franchisee must pay Minuteman Press a transfer fee of $25,850 when it buys an existing franchise store.

The profitability of Minuteman Press International Inc. is totally dependent on receiving the initial fees and the transfer fees.
