Military Hippie The clothes are not good quality, and they are made in an irregular pattern with cheap fabric!! When you try to arrange return, they do not respond and that will put you over the THREE DAY time limit (from delivery to postmarked return date) they give you to return the items! They also state they will not return the entire amount and do not pay for return shipping costs. They have received the return of terrible clothing and still haven't reurned my money! Cheap Clothing, terrible customer service and will not resond to questions or request for refund until the BBB is involved. Still do not have my refund abd they have the items I returned! They need to be shut down! I have seen MANY complaints about the same issues!
They also state they will not return the entire amount and do not pay for return shipping costs. The customer service help line simply send an email to you stating they received your ticket and will contact you within 24 hours, this took one week AFTER I finally filed with the BBB of Florida!! Once the BBB got involved, then it was a phone call apology and an excuse that their system was having issues. Now here we are, another week later, I have returned the items, no one has refunded my money and again, they are not responding to my many emails, or to the BBB following the initial response! WHAT A SCAM!!! They have received the return of terrible clothing and still haven't reurned my money!
