My 14 year old used my C.C. to subscibe to X-Box Live, Once we received our C.C.bill we called and canceled the subscription(we thought) wrong think

again they continued charging my card after we canceled the subsciption.

We told them to remove our C.C # from there data base and again they charged our card. They refuse to refund our C.C or allow me to speak with a manager or someone in charge, they said it's against there company policy.

Discover card and Microsoft must have an agreement to conspire together.

when we called to protest the charges Discover asked for a comfirmation

number that microsoft gives to let discover know that you talk to them.

we were never informed about this from Microsoft.

When you speak to Microsoft they will not inform you about this comfirmation number until the 3rd or 4th call to them,once they have charged your C.C.

another 3 or 4 months of subscriptions.

Microsoft is comitting fraud againt consumers and nobody cares.

If you cancel an online subscription such as XboxLIVE at the end or middle of a month, you will still be charged for the next month, that's how all online subscriptions work.
