Michele Brown aka Pepi Smart Dog aka Chiffon River is the wife of an African American Bankrupt and known scammer. Formerly living in Texas where she first scammed animal lovers, she now claims to live in Arundel Queensland Australia and act as a frontline animal rescuer. The reality of this 57 year old conwoman is that she sits behind her computer and runs BlogPaws fundraising tweet parties and pockets the profits.
She recently defrauded a leading animal welfare charity claiming she needed money for rescues in South East Asia. After scamming thousands, playing on people's sympathy with a series of fabricated articles on her facebook and website Chiffon River, she failed to deliver evidence of her bogus work.
Michele Brown claims to be a professional golfer, horsewoman and has travelled extensively helping animals. In fact all her travels have been first class on cruiseships with her buddy Dina Humphries from LA and her elderly father Ray Brown.
Beware of this woman, her claims and tears are convincing. She scammed unsuspecting Australians who will now file a class action law suit against her.
