MetroPcs First off trying to get a phone number to the rebate center was fun considering that most of the people you can understand what they are saying. They all every single one has given me a wrong phone nu orlando, Union County, Nationwide
Well this is how this all starts out.. I recently a few months ago purchased 3 phones. I was informed that there was rebates on all the phones. Which then now its been 3 months without any kinda of rebate returns to my address they never showed up. I did what was required to get the rebates which on two of the kyocera's was 20 each never recieved. I bought another phone in another state I was supppose to recieve 40.00 becuase the phone had that type of rebate. I cant stand calling the metro number and cant stand a word that most of these employee's cant understand a word they are saying and on top of that they give dissconnected numbers to rebates centers which in fact this in just aggrivating to every point you can imanginly possable.I have sent in all my info for these phones ovisouly they had to be miss placed or someone dosnt know what they are doing. I really need to maybe find a service like I had before when i did get a rebate I sent it in, and 4 to 6 weeks later i recieved it unlike metro they arent on top of there rebates status's at all.. If I can advise you do not get a metro phone the phones are garbage and there rebates you will never see them so dont even get your hopes on that... Thanks for letting me share the crazyness that I have to go through with even corporate and they cant even do anything.
