Complaint Review: MetroMarketing - Howell New Jersey

Hello, I am an employee soon to quit the company i had been working for, And what i have seen i thought i should report seeing as it is unfair, misleading to the extreme, and downright unlawful to a certain extent what they are doing to some employees there.

I have seen / heard, misleading comments, claiming that people in the Warranty Division of Metromarketing claim to be with the dealership, claim to people that there warranty has ran out, they have there information on file, when in all fairness that none of that is true.

The RECORDS are kept poorly, Anyone can get IDENTITY FRAUD if they purchased warranty, Heck i even have a few sheets in my desk showing peoples AMEX,VISA,MASTERCARD, EVEN BANK INFORMATION, with all the numbers, CID'S and Birthdates and expirations needed for someone to get there identity stolen, And its been done also. I see people use CC'S to buy chinese food, i see people steal CC'S to buy stuff on ebay, the place is downright a breeding ground for illegal activities, not to mention the drugs that go on in that place. People, even the bosses tend to leave to smoke Marijuania and tend to sell pills like perks on the floor and its just downright wrong, and underage minors (15-17) are in reach of all these illegal substances.

Also not to mention in the parking lot, various cars have weapons in them, which im sure are not permitted, and the cops tend to stake out the cars to watch for illegal activity, but they have no idea what is going on outside. Now to the management.

The head boss of the company is 19 years old, which wouldnt be a problem if she was responsible, but she is irrogant, and disobeys the law , to the fullest, but still tends to be the head honcho of the place. First of all they have 15-17 year olds working, and a few 15 year olds stay till 10, and they are going over 5 hours and still do not get a 30 minute break, which in the state of NEW JERSEY you arent even suppose to work over 5 hours if your not over 15, but to the boss its alright, and to the boss working papers dont mean a thing, and also breaks arent even real.

I myself went on 2 MANDATORY , STATED IN THE CONTRACT breaks, but since the boss was in a bad mood, i got suspended. Yet the boss is always in a great mood to watch youtube on the main floor, the main floor thats suppose to be generating money, yet the records are so unevenly kept that anyone can walk in and steal credit cards or routing numbers, i can even show you phonebooks of papers on the floor with peoples credit card numbers and routing numbers to prove to you how unsafe this place is. But to the boss it doesnt matter, all she wants to do is leave and do drugs, which in her mind is great, who cares she gets paid 20 + an hour.

Basically, the place is horrible, and i hope someone reads this, and contacts me, so i can show you evidence, and show you how unsafe this place is. It's suppose to be a Warranty Company, but 1. People claim there calling from toyota honda and people tend to want to buy the packages because they think there from the dealership when we dont even live near them. 2. the place has identity fraud writting all over, and i can show evidence backing myself, and 3. the boss is downright unfair, arrogant, and does not even pay attention to the law, and yet the owner keeps her around because she is a "sexy" in his own words "19 year old girl"

Also im sure if you dug out the name MetroMarketing or WARRANTY AMERICA or WARRANTY DIVISION ( i wonder why they kept changing names...hmm) Im sure you can find a few lawsuits, heck i know of 2 6 figure number lawsuits filed by the place myself.

Anyways i hope someone contacts me so i can prove my point, get this place investigated and show evidence backing my statement.
