Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Our Mother died on Christmas day, we were walking around in a fog and your store at Ford and Wayne Road in Westland Michigan took advantiage of us.

We were not informed that all purchases were final for a phone. It is very unlikely that the rest of my Family will use T Moble Network Ever.

So out of all of the questions you answer the one about being driven there? Well at least that proves one thing. You were being less than truthful in your original post when you stated you were walking around in a fog. As people walking around in a "fog" don't go around arranging transportation to a cell phone store.

It is always quite humerous when people claim how many people will blindly follow them. I do give you some credit, as many who do that put out numbers in the 10's or 100's of thousands of people, you top out at about 5,000.  Perhaps you may get one or two to follow you.

But then again maybe you are still walking around in a fog to come up with a statement that makes absoutely no sense.

Also, in dark web there are a lot of Don't use this service that we are willing to report this on that has an ungodly number of users that you will not be able to respond to.

- I have NO Idea what in the world this is trying to say as I really wonder how you are involved in the "dark web". But perhaps I can answer what I think you may be trying to say.

Contrary to what you think, I am not now or have I ever worked for this or any other cell phone company.

However, getting back to what I think your original issue is. Did you sign anything that stated there were no returns? Were there signs posted in the store? If the answer to either of those is yes then you are pretty much out of luck because the whole "fog" thing is really just some mis-direction that you are trying to deny your responsibility to purchasing the phones.

We tried to return it the next day after we were not able to use it for local calls.   Both times we were diven there. Look for our complaints a lot on the internet, if we do not get a satisfacty response. I personally, have influnce over 5,000 people who will drop your service like a hot rock if I were to ask them.

Also, in dark web there are a lot of Don't use this service that we are willing to report this on that has an ungodly number of users that you will not be able to respond to.

I think your response was unprofessional to say the leaste.

Sorry about the loss of your Mother, but what exactly does this have to do with you going to buy a Cell Phone(or phones)? I doubt you went into this store on Christmas Day, so when exactly did you go to the store?

If you were "walking around in a fog" does that mean you were also driving around in a fog as well? How exactly did you end up in this store?  Were you looking to buy a Cell Phone? Did they shanghai you into the store and force you to buy something?

What exactly did you buy and how long had passed before you went to try and return it?

Why did you want to return the item(s)?
