DO NOT USE METRO FENCE/Adam Cronenwett in NEW PORT RICHEY. AVOID BEING RIPPED OFF.
Metro Fence promised a premium job (100% Satisfaction Guaranteed), but has produced nothing near. The problems began, by Metro Fence using a sub contractor (and did wrong by them - as they talked). Two weeks after install, the Yella Wood (from Home Depot) started cracking and splitting. Adam Cronenwett - Metro Fences, LLC, came out, to look at the problem, I took pictures and bar codes and Metro Fence was to start a filing against Yella Wood. I also tried at the Yella Wood site, but I needed a final bill, that I didn't have and didn't get for 6 months. Adam Cronenwett did nothing!!! I got immediate action from Yella Wood and real help from Home Depot. Yella wood only offered $250 and Home Depot refunded the cost of the wood (since they had not been the contractor). After telling Adam Cronenwett - Metro Fence, he wanted the refunded money to do the repairs. Not what was promised.
