Mercedes Benz North Houston Deceptive, greedy, uncaring Houston Texas
When we purchased our Mercedes Benz it was a happy day. We had arrived to luxury car ownership. The dealer manager and salesman made all sorts of service promises. In hindsight, the fact that Mercedes does not offer the initial free service of BMW, Porsche, Tesla and other luxury brands should have been a red flag. Now we know, Mercedes Benz vehicles are junk.
Our cost of ownership is through the roof. Almost as much as the price of the car in just a few years!! Hugely marked up replacement parts, high labor costs, poor repairs, and their is really nothing you can do. When you talk to the Mercedes Benz service department they firmly fall back to "let's split the difference". So, you mark everything up 4X and then split the difference! It is nothing but a greedy, profit deal scam.
Mercedes Benz North Houston is nothing but a bunch of greedy, uncaring profit driven clowns. I am sure that the employees are paid bonuses and incentives based on how much of your money they can take.
Take my advice, never do business with Mercedes Benz North Houston and never buy a Mercedes Benz. You will do much better with Tesla, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Lexus or anyone else.
