i went there for an oil change last jan. 8, 2016 @ 8:05 am. This guy name Ted told me that they checked and added necessary fluids and a can of stop oil engine leak in my car as well without my verbal permission to do them. Anyway, i agreed to pay the top off fluids and he billed me $13.99 for it. When i checked my car's fluid level when i got home, i was so disgusted and furious seeing that no fluids at all has been added to it. I went back to them right away and complained about it. He apologized to me when he realized that i found out about their cheating practices to their customers. He instructed right away the technician to do the necessary fluid top off job. This kind of cheating practices by these individuals should be stop immediately to protect the future incoming customers to their service shop. Your prompt attention to this serious matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you much.
