I bought a collectible action figure online in December 2018. When I received it, it was damaged. I emailed the seller explaining the condition and requested to return or exchanged.
After several days, I received a return form which looked like an Amazon form (note: I did not buy from Amazon). I returned it in December 2018 and inquired repeatedly about my refund thereafter.
After I sent the item back, the seller stopped all communication with me. They kept my money, merchandise, and have stopped communication.
There is no contact phone listed on their website and the only way to communicate with via email. And they obviously choose to ignore me alltogether which is hurtful. It is now nearly 2 month since I sent back the collectible and got taken for.
