I am so glad there are others out there who have had horrible service from mci. I received my phone last June and instantly had problems with the phone. I could'nt activate my voice mail because it was programmeed to another cell number. I had that problem rectified to only hav ea billing dispute. I am supposed to receive free long distance with my servicer plan. I haven't made a free call yet. I didn't receive a service bill until the middle of October and when I did they informed me that they would tack on an extra 40.00 a month until my balance was paid in full. I have been trying unsucessfully trying to contact someone anyone about my bill, contract and useless phone( I can''t receive a call unless I'm standing outside). The long wait on the 1 800 number is ridiculous. If I ever get through at all. I have written letters to them and included them in my bill and I have emailed them on numerous occasions. Can someone please help?????
