MCI wireless Fraudulent billing and incompetent customer service reps nederland Texas
MCI has to be the most fraudulent business that I have ever encountered. Not only have I had a horrible experience with them but so has my family, friends and co-workers.
My service was renewed with a completely different contract. It was obvioulsly renewed with a much more costly plan with no free nights and weekends which is what I've had for 3 years.
I stopped getting bills for months and then got one every ten days and every time I tried to get a correct amount that was owed I was told that the computers were down. Apparently they haven't had a functional computer in 2 years.
I've tried 5 times to disconnect my phone service but yet I am still getting current bills. I've been on the phone with incompetent customer service representatives AND supervisors for hours and hours.
The representatives were unknowledgeable so I asked to speak with a supervisor who INSISTED that I never turned off my service. After arguing the point with her for 5 minutes she said "oops, I'm sorry. I see the date of cancellation."
Everyone was so uncooperative that I finally asked for the name and address of the CEO of customer service. After sending a lengthy and detailed complaint in writing I was shocked to see my lettered returned to me with a wrong address. They couldn't even give me the correct address. The correct address was in an entirely different state!
Everyone I know whose had MCI had some kind of billing problem and have all decided to change companies after their contract was over.
By the way, I'm STILL waiting to here from Mr. Bernie Ebers the CEO of Customer Service.
