Just a few points:

1. Customer Service is not accessible (busy). Even if you manage to get through, 2-3 hours waiting for some rude and aggrevated rep.

2. They repeatedly posted our payment 4-5 months late AND charge late fee in the same time.

3. Repeatedly lost payments. We spent countless hours on the phone trying to prove that they cashed our checks. They made us fax the prove over and over. One particular payement I faxed 9 times, our bank 3 times. It never got posted.

4. Due to ONE late payment (which was because they weren't able to find our payment after 4 months of search) AND in the meanwhile we were paying the monthly fees and usage, they disconnected our phone and within a matter of hours they recylcled our number. So all of hour printed business stationary were worthless... I think that was the only time I can recall I was screaming from the top of my lungs with a rep.

5. They kept sending more and more confusing bills. Pay this but don't pay the next. The next said this is the one to pay but ignore everything else. Honest to god, we couldn't figure out what the hell to pay.

6. After our contract was up (which we managed to cancel), we stopped receiving anything until yesterday: we got a note from a collection agency for $271.

If anyone is willing to hire a laywer, we'd be glad to donate the $271 or more to get these bastards. They are the shame of the Telephone business.
