MCI Wireless scam artists THE WORST COMPANY EVER ... THEY SUCK BIG ONES!!!!!!
i purchased a cell phone from this crap a*s company and when my year ended, i have had cancelled my bill. well then a few weeks later i get a bill in the mail from these scam artists (mci wireless) and it has a bill of $250!!.
When i called i got screwed over and got put on hold for an hour and 45 minutes. when they got on the phone they were complete dumb asses, and there nasty. they did not know what they were doing. it seems like these people that were working for them were high school drop outs!!
when i told them i had cancelled my cell phone a month ago, they said they had no information regarding a cancellation on the phone. i refused to pay and told them to etiher get there s**t straight, or go back to school. these workers were soo rude, so therefore i was rude to them.
mci wireless has to be investigated. DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THIS PLACE!!! i am still getting bills and its been 3 months. service sucks, plan sucks, there scam artists, and the phone operators for them are rude as anything. all i gotta say is that mci wirless sux, and they need to get investigated for there acts.
