MBNA is the WORST! a money grubbng bank with no concept of customer service

MBNA is a money grubbng bank with no concept of customer service. My story is one of a disputed charge gone drastically wrong due to total incompetance on the part of MBNA. But don't believe me. I have collected several stories of people screwed over by MBNA.
