My husband purchased a new super capacity Bravos Maytag washer in January of 2016. The purchase price was near $600.00.  This washer has never once cleaned my laundry. Clothes and linens come out of the washer with streaks of dirt on them.  Some pieces of laundry are not even wet. 

After a year and a half of trying to reach anyone at the Maytag customer experience center, A person answered the phone. She proceeded to inform me that the washer was out of warranty. BIG SURPRISE! She scheduled a certified repairman to come look at the washer at an additional cost of $99.95. 

This repairman was a joke, he told me that i needed to load the washer different from the instructions that came with the washer. just kept insisting that the washer would clean the clothes if I used it right. 

Not only was that insulting but it is untrue.  Repairman told me that I shouldnt wash my king size bedding in my super capacity washer because it would damage the washer. The washer will only fill 1/3 of the way up for any load and then it takes an hour and a half to complete a cycle.

I AM FURIOUS WITH MAYTAG!  i WANT  MY $700.00 DOLLARS BACK YOU CAN TAKE YOUR HE WASHER AND DO WHATEVER YOU WANT WITH IT!

DO NOT BUY MAYTAG WASHERS THEY DONT WORK ANYMORE AND MAYTAG WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET OUT OF THE WARRANTY
