Massage Heights Turned me over to collections after canceling my account Seattle Washington
I've had a really bad relationship with this outfit. I joined the membership when I had enough free time on my hands to take advantage of the deal.
When I found my schedule booked again, I never used my membership and simply forgot about it or thought I'd get around to using it-never happened and down the road I sent a letter canceling my membership. Thought nothing more of it. When I got a replacement card canceling the old one I started getting calls. Thinking they were sales calls - I blew them off. Then I get a collections notice: I call them up and they indicate the never received my letter and I owed past dues. I talk to manager (I believe) and we come to get an agreement. In lieu of services I never received, they'd cancel my membership and forgo the outstanding balance. We part as unlikely friends.
Until they continue to pursue me through collections. For the past three months I've called and spoken to an employee who has taken my info and promised that an owner would call me back to resolve the issue. Sadly this hasn't happened.
