Mario Brothers Ripoff idiots in Calgary Alberta Canada will rip you off.
I had Mario Bros. come and fix my Carrier Furnace, because Carrier refuzes to assist homeowners with troubleshooting or providing parts. The Mario Bros. employee was just about told to 'get out' as he complained that he never gets to go home for dinner and he wanted to call an electrician because he diddnt know what to do.
He smartened up when he saw he was making me mad and soon found there was a faulty thermostat. The furnace was fine. After 1.5 hours (if that) he presented his bill for 2 hours @ $60.00/hr, a $45.00 sc, no parts and our Canadian GST. All for a grand total of $176.55. Unfortunately i signed the mastercard payment.
I phoned Marrio Bros. about the overpayment and they told me they would repay me the difference between 1.5 and 2 hours. 2 weeks later I called them back and they now say they won't refund the overcharge and that there is now .5 hours travel time included in my bill.
He also told me that I was the kind of person that would feel ripped off about anything. I only write complaints when I have been ripped off. I want others to know how Mario Bros. in Calgary Alberta Canada will rip you off.
