Don't order from Magic Tracks, you will be sorry!
I ordered (2) Buy one get one free tracks from this place on December 8, 2016. They were to be gifts for two of my grandson's on Christmas morning. On 12/16/16 I received an email stating that my tracks were on back order and would not make it by Christmas and that they would charge my card ONLY when the tracks were sent out. At that time I called and could not get through to their customer service AND sent an email canceling my order AND telling them that they were not authorized to charge my account. I never received a call or email response so I sent them about 10 more emails in the next week. On 12/28/16 my card was charged $64.94. On 1/10/17 I contacted my bank and disputed the credit card charge stating that I STILL dont even have the merchandise yet along with the fact that they were told they did not have authorization. On 1/11/17 the post office attempted to deliver the package to me and I refused it. I am currently on hold for the second time with Magic Tracks Customer Service Department, the first time I hung up after 40 minutes, this time I have been holding for 31 minutes.
This place is HORRIBLE, Do NOT order from them. Note: Once I cancelled my order, I went to Toys R Us to get the tracks so that my grandsons would have their gifts.... They liked them and everything but the cars have broken already. Horrible Horrible Customer Service.
