I cant believe there are people out there like Zarman and USA realators or Residency they change name so much. He is ride disrespectful to his female clients and I don't back down. He is pure lies I put my place on market he calls next day to buy for his family 1st lie. Then you meet him and hes goona sell you this BS on how he get immigration mortgages and says your place sell in 3 months have some one now well he doesn't he reels you in making you think all ok in the process your not in his office you are at the hotel across the street and hes buying you drinks.
Had signed a contract that was unbelievable. He will take on 20,000 to your house for his commission and he know the price of your home is to high and he only had 5 shows and I am pissed off at him his text messages when you do get are rude and disrespectful. Or he wont comment at all.. Don't get sucked into this scam another agency looked at his contract and said he is the bottom scum of the earth no one in their right mind would do this to a client..
he wont let you out of contracts and he new family issues I needed to leave the state..I will make whatever calls I have to or any open information to help in this matter.... I want my life and my house back.

I am truly sorry about your issue. It is the same problem I had with Malik as many had before me. There are many reviews written about him on this site. I was close to getting an ethics violation hearing on him but he filed a frivolous lawsuit so I have to wait for about 4 months until it goes away.
Realtor Association refuses to hear cases if there are pending lawsuits against you. The Association is part of the problem. He has no case as I had smartened up found him on this site and 2 days later, requested to cancel the listing agreement. I did not give him my key. But he refused to give up in his harassment and false police reports. so every time he sends me a text, I sent him a short poem. Then I wrote a long poem. It is below. When he saw that I filed an ethics violation, he finally cancelled my listing.
My advice is to tell him you changed your mind and you decided to live in there. Remove the lockbox and change your locks. He may break into your house as I suspected he did to mine so change your locks. Do not trust him. Oh, when I wanted to cancel the agreement, he says I owe him $20K. Coz he is so lazy
He doesn't do showings
His license should be revoked
He does what he does best in court
Lawsuits, motions, his victims provoked
Claiming thousands of marketing money he spent
When he has so little to pay his own rent
Victims are so tired of hearing his threats
They'll cheer when he's in prison, having no regrets
