When we pay our Lowes pro account in full, the account is placed on hold for 21 days. We check with online bank and check clears in 1-2 days. Seams crazy to me. (((REDACTED))) will be getting more buisness from me in the future.

Lowes - Over the credit limit?

I do not understand how you can be over the limit.  The card is refused at the register is over. However, in thae last month, I attempted a puchase which was over the limit. The associate at the register called the credit dept. I was asked if I wanted to increase my credit limit which was granted over the phone and I completed the purchase. Our bank has never refuse any payments to Lowes,
