received this letter claiming to be the local records office but than got i don't fall for this i looked the address up right away and sure enough it is a scam they have all the info from the public record about my house and all names listed on the house and price and value square footage all the info is public knowledge so please be careful look up the name of the company or call the local office to as

Instead of worrying about this, why not make a deal with a second grader to teach you the things you didn't learn like sentence structure, punctuation, grammar, the difference between "then" and "than"! This kid will tell you how to write in complete sentences, rather than your run-on sentence conglomeration of illiterate words!
