I have a balance of about $20 on my livephonecard.com account, but when I tried to use it today (August 12, 2000) I was told my password had expired, and to press "0" to speak to a live operator. There was no live operator. Instead I received a recorded message telling me they did not recognize my password, and was told to call the customer service number on my live phone card. I called that number, and it was no longer in service. I have tried to contact the livephonecard.com web site, but as of this writing I have had no success in getting through. It appears that they have ripped me off for my $20 bucks, and that I have no recourse in trying to get it back. If anyone reads this who can help me I would be most appreciative.
