Litton Loan Servicing RIPOFF PREDATORY LENDING Plainfield New Jersey
Litton Loan serviced my mortgage for 7 months. 4/27/04 - 11/17/04. I made 7 monthly payments to Litton as well. When I sold my home in November Litton would not take the amount of money that was left in escrow so I could not get clear title.
I filed a motion in court to force Litton to cease pursuing me for money that was paid to a servicer (Aurora Loan Services) in 2003. Aurora told me to make payments to a modification agreement. I did, and in January 2004 my loan was not foreclosed on, but transferred to SIB Mortgage (They are no longer in business as of now 9/30/05). All arrearages and late fees were apparantly taken out if Litton received my loan with a positive escrow ($1,500.00) and a positive suspense ($664.00).
Litton has already been paid for their 7 months of service but thats not good enough for them. They went back to the time before their period and added $25,000.00 to my balance due!
Get this, without even talking to SIB or Aurora! To make things worse, by delaying the court proceedings they are in effect taking my equity at a rate of $44.31 per day.
The case was dismissed of course, how can a simple Jersey girl battle these multi million dollar conglomerates? Litton Loan Servicing, Aurora Loan Services and SIB Mortgage Co.
One thing is for sure, I will fight until the end because this is not an ethical practice and I have proof of wrongdoing.
It is the American dream to purchase a home, too bad the market is full of sharks like Litton Loan Servicing, LP.

This is the state I am working from...and am protesting in Jersey City NJ....a section called Country Village in Jersey City, NJ. We have a peition that we are circulating...I will also put it on aol. I will put 2 types on ...One for the Congress of the USA..so anyone can sign it throughout the nation. Download them, change them to meet your local officials (ie state)..change it to your circumstances (your home etc) If you are from NJ ...make copies And one specifically for the senators of NJ...add your case to the petition or use it to create your own petition...circulate & send them to the congress..or we can put them all together & I will petition the congress to hear us...and our senators in New Jersey. Anyone who has been the victim of these predators...GO PUBLIC...GO VERY PUBLIC... STOP being ashamed of what they have put us through!! WOMEN...just like rape...IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT!!! EVERYONE....it is them ...not us...get mad as h_ll & not take it anymore...PROTEST PUBLICLY!!! The courts are not helping...we need to protest and protest very publicly ...get as much of the media involved as possible...contact the national media as well as your very local little papers...put an add in your local papers...get an email to supply the public with the complaint websites and the federal/hud decision web-site on predatory mortgager FAirbanks Capitol...LITTON LOAN services their loans...and continues with their illegal tactics... CONTACT your SENATORS on the FEDERAL level...THEY have to bring pressure on the FTC to police their settlement ...get your senators to sponsor state legislation on protection for you.. This is what I am doing in NJ...we need to band together to bring the public's attention to these horrendous practices & destruction of human lives.... I will always believe that they caused my aunt's final stroke...it killed her... WOMEN...contact the national/local NOW group ..I think it is the National Organization for Women. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE UP!!! Litton Loan is continuing its rippoff in NJ. WHY AREN'T THEY BEING STOPPED? For the Jersey Girl in Plainfield.
