I was mislead by the woman/employee at Litton Loan Servicing, LP who at first, was willing to assist and appeared very sympathetic towards personal life changes which caused financial hardship and inability to bring mortgage loan current. Somewhat of a friendship had been established and we'd exchange encouraging conversations and email's as she too was experiencing similar personal problems.

She assured me she'd work with me and she stated point blank, "You will not loose your home, I will see to that and do whatever it takes, just call me if there's a problem with making the scheduled PLAN payments and she'd handle it".

PLAN PAYMENTS - "AGREEMENT"

Again, if unable to pay or meet terms of the agreement she said all I had to do was call her she'd work it out which is where the DECEIPT began. I contacted her days prior to the plan payment due date to see if more time could be given WITHOUT jeapordizing the agreement/plan. I requested a only a few days in which she gave me a further extended date telling me when to pay and how much, ASSURING ME THIS WILL NOT AFFECT OR DEFAULT THE AGREEMENT, furthermore, she'd put necessary notes on my account. Well, she appeared to be legit until I received a NOD (Notice of Default) in the mail. She noted my account, alright....customer will pay by Friday!!! Not, that she'd given additional time with payment date/$/assured plan would not be affected. When I called Litton Loan Servicing upon receipt of the NOD, she would not answer my calls or return my messages. I requested a manager who just wanted to point out that, I failed to keep the Plan Payment Agreement and with the note she'd put on my account was vague and without detail of any changes she'd agreed to and made with me. So, basically......noone will return calls or written/faxed request to resolve the wrongfull persuit of forclosure on my loan. This is BS and I'm sick of being ignored and the hesitation of opening my mailbox everyday waiting to see court papers. The way their doing business and leading unsuspecting victims into their trap needs to STOP!!!

hey there in corona, ca....all that b-s from litton sounds familiar. what you can do is gather up all of your paperwork that you have from litton, make copies and send them to this law firm..lieff cabraser. in the future, every time you speak to anyone from litton, make sure you take notes. you might as well get a diary/journal just for litton. but anyways, write down the date, time, person's title and first and last name. record the start time of your conversation and end time. contact an attorney to find out your rights. in the mean time look up leiff cabraser online to fill out their questionaire. they are currently taking info from victims of litton that are in california. good luck and don't forget to pray to stop this evil!
