Teleplus Liberty Wireless service cut -no explanation 3 times Detroit Michigan
Since mid-August I have tried to use my cell phone 3 times each time in case of emergency. I got the phone only to use for emergencies. Each time I did not have access to my account. Message said - minutes used up - and asked if I wanted to buy more minutes.
Today, I tried calling the company when prompted to dial #4 for customer service - the phone went silent. I have not been able to use the phone since then -- message -
"try again later". I went to the online address and clicked on customer service contact email to cancel my account. The email was returned - undeliverable.
