LIBERTY TRAVEL ..stuck at Rome, Italy Airport without a valid Airline Ticket &
I WAS SHOCKED, APPALLED AND DISMAYED TO HAVE MY VACATION DISRUPTED BY LIBERTY TRAVEL!!! Can you imagine this, After a well diserve one-week vacation being stuck at the Rome, Italy Airport without a valid Ticket.
After showing up and checking in 2 hours and a half early. Then being sent back and forth from DELTA and ALITAIA twice. All because my travel Agent did not actually purchase the tickets for me.
I thought I could trust LIBERTY TRAVEL. On top of this my LUGGAGE WAS LOST FOR 5 DAYS. Plus on top of this due to the internal phone problems at LIBERTY TRAVEL I was charged more for my HOTEL THAN AGREED UPON. The HOTEL that LIBERTY TRAVEL got for me was the WORSE HOTEL I've ever had. I was forced to find me a new one.
SO PLEASE TRAVELERS, IF YOU CARE FOR THE MONEY YOU'RE SPENDING FOR YOUR VACATION -- DON'T TRUST LIBERTY TRAVEL!!!!
