Liberty Mutual Insurance Company Refused to pay for repairs Boston Massachusetts
Liberty Mutual refused to pay for the cost of repairing my vehicle after sustaining damage from their client's negligence. Employees of the restaurant shoveled ice off the roof of their restaurant onto my car while it sat in their parking lot and I was inside eating.
After four months in the shop and Liberty fighting with the repair shop over costs, I was forced to pay nearly $4000.00 to get my car out of the shop. They also refused to pay the extended cost of the rental car. After many e-mails back and forth they finally paid for the rental car but still not the entire cost of repairs.
Now they are offering me 10% of the Diminished Value of the car. A Diminished Value report was professionally estimated and prepared. They also refused to pay for the report.

mailing a copy of your Ripoff Report to all of your Local TV News Stations in your city immediately. Put it to the attention of: Investgative Reporter
