Lew Magram ripped me off $l50.00 catalogue rip-off
I ordered an outfit from their catalogue. It did not fit so I sent it back for a refund. Instead they sent me a credit slip. So eventually I saw an animal print coat I liked and sent the credit slip plus cash. I never received the coat and each time I called about it they would tell me it was being sent. This went on for several months and I never did receive it nor my $l50.00 bucks.
My first order was probably at least a year and a half ago and the last time I checked with them, they had no record of the transaction. Does anyone know of a lawsuit that I can add my name to. I can't believe retailers can get away with doing this to a consumer. It seems that I heard there was a lawsuit pending against Lew Magram and if there is I would like to be a part of it.

***Check out the catalog for returns too..they do not issue a refund on reduced priced items. Credit only. I got snagged for this the first time I ordered from them, to the tune of $150.00. And by the way, while we are at it..why dont the Lew Magram people get in touch reality, and size their clothing so they actually FIT the human body? : ) GET YOUR MONEY BACK! Hey, go to www.Tom Martino.com He is a consumer advocate on WABC radio in NY, and he kicks butt on these rips offs. He will get your money back without a doubt! Good luck!
