We had level propane when we moved into a home. after nothing but problems with them, my daughter moved in when we moved to my dads home to care for him. they did not deliver, she ran out in the middle of the winter, with a new baby. I called and called, finally went to a local propane co. that we had before and cancelled level. I called, wrote, faxed, and everything else I could think of for them to came pick up thier tank. 1 and 1/2 yrs went by. they came and said they would charge me for the tank being there. My daughter stepped in front of me and told them we were going to charge them for storage at $50.00 a week. that was 6 yrs ago. Last week I got a flyer from them trying to get us as a customer back. I sent them a certified letter telling them to stuff it.
