Les Schwab Tire Centers Holy Angry Customer Batman! Woodburn Oregon
I would like to thank the Woodburn Les Schwab and nominate them for being the most careless, dishonest, and ignorant auto repair center I have ever been to. I had purchased a 2000 Chevy Blazer for a winter vehicle and it needed tires. I asked the attendant to really check it out since I had just purchased it and wanted to make sure it was safe. So I spent over $400 and was told the car is in tip top shape. Evidently your attendant missed rear axle grease splatter and signs of abnormal wear on the rear tires. Something that would/should have been prevented and fixed then (for another $300 which I would have gladly paid for a safe vehicle) is now a $1200 rear differential and brake job. So now I am out a tow (you can bet your sweet Aunt Petunia I am NEVER going to a Les Schwab again) and $1200 (which together was cheaper than the quote from Les Schwab when I brought it back 5 days after buying the tires). Thank you for not checking out the car and lying about it. Thank you for putting tires on a car that should never of had them put on (band aid on a bullet wound) and thank you for endangering our lives (umm yeah, the rear axles are kinda important). You can be assured I will tell anyone that will listen what happened. I will file out that Rip Off report. I will complain with the better business bureau! I will make sure no one I care about visits a Les Schwab after this.
