Got tired of fighting the constant pull to the right since taking the Mustang to Les Schwab, so I reluctantly took it to Riverside Ford in Sumner. To make a long story short, the alignment guy hooks it up to their machine (same model as Les Schwab uses) and the alignment is out of specs. Les Schwab said it was within specs. What's up with that? Ford fixed it and it runs nice and straight now. So, unless you have a lot of money to throw away and like being treated like an idiot, don't go to Les Schwab for anything.

Well, no luck with Les Schwab. I took it back in because they warranty their alignments for 30 days. I made an appointment, dropped the car off, and the guy who drove it said that he couldn't find anything wrong. My car is basically dangerous to drive. It pulls very hard to the right if you let go of the wheel. I've been driving that car every day and it was a little out of alignment, but now it is absolutely horrible. The "mechanic" said that he only adjusted the steering wheel back to center, but it is off center to the right now. Did not adjust the alignment. I'm out $60 and will have to take it somewhere else for a proper alignment. I also noticed that there is damage to my caster/camber plate. It appeared they used a large hammer and flathead screwdriver to try and adjust it. Bottom line. Don't take your car to Les Schwab. I don't think they know what they are doing.
