You should have you 8R19.5 dismounted to see if they tore your bead when they mounted them up. Those should have been mounted using tire bars, not a machine.

I had the same problem at this store a few years back. I think the asst managers name was Eric. What a jerk. The problem is outdated machines and no training to the 18 year old kids that work there. All the old timers are gone. Sad, when I worked at L.S this never happended. Stay away from L.S if you want the work done right.
