LensCrafters Wouldn't take responsibility Montclair California
I bought $800 lens and frames been ok accept getting them fixed today after they had broken.
I make sure I only take my glasses there to be fixed just in case they break they would be responsible,you think!
The Manager Stephanie wouldn't take responsibility for destroying my glasses,when she so called tried to tune them up,she ended up bending the frames so the lens popped out(not the fist time) and locked up the left side arm so that the metal snapped! This was 3 weeks ago when I brought them in.
When the conversation started she asked for my tel # looked at my glasses and said these are unable to be fixed, so you will need to SALE you a whole new set up but fist you need an eye exame.
Are you Fing kidiing me........ I just want you to fix my glasses you broke,we can't but what I will do is SALE another pair for 50% off......

I was so pissed I left before I killed myself,and came home and wrote this.
So what did we learn,whenever you go get your glasses tuned up on occasion make sure you get some kind of print stateing the date the service the person who worked on your glasses etc......
Glasses Aren't cheap so be carful........ I'm getting LASIK
