I came to do my annual eye exam with this company and unfortunately was treated by the Indian doctor who left me very disappointed.

First I thought he was ok, as he was very energetic, he started an eye exam. He sounded very careless as he amanuenses to me that I had the serious eye condition. Of course I was very disappointed and worried, almost in tears, asking him if I will recover and he replied with laugh "Well, you can try!"

After I asked maybe I need to do some eye exercises or eat carrot, asked for any advice, he simply said he "Doesn't know, maybe somewhere else, but not here". The only way to solve the problem he saw in subscribing to annual supply of lenses with Lenscrafters, which I first did, but after I changed my mind and he was very curious where I can find cheaper lenses. "Call us when you find cheaper, hahah". (But this was not about money)

I need also to mention in the middle of the exam he said something like "Oh if I will be lucky I will still have time for my lunch"...

Doesn't seem this doctor cares about his patients at all, I was very disappointed after this visit. He is very hard to deal with. This doctor made me feel really miserable.

I went to this same doctor. During the eye exam, he casually mentioned how I have a slight stigmatism. However, he did not prescribe any special lenses, which made me wonder why he told me that in the first place. He talked me into dilating my pupils, which increased the cost of my exam. He then prescribed me a pair of contacts at an exhorbitant cost. When I asked for the prescription so I could order online, I was told that I couldn't be given the prescription for a week or so, and so I had to return at a later date to pick up my prescription. He had no problem writing me the prescription then, although he mentioned that I probably wouldn't find it online. And of course, he was right. Even though I told him when I first walked in that I wanted the same brand I had been using for years, he deliberately prescribed a brand and measurements that could not be found online. I had never experienced this when I went to Eye Dr on Route 17. With this doctor, I also walked away with the feeling that he just didn't care about me. And although I had coupons, I could not use them for the contacts, apparently the eye doctor is a separate entity from the store.
