First and for most I would Like to Apoligize to your for your wait. Having small children myself I know how stressful things can get and that time is of the utmost importance. Lenscrafters does offer glasses in about an hour and in your situation we obviously fell short of that expectation! 95% of the time those expectations are met. And the other 5% that are not are human error. Like I said we do offer glasses in an hour but we don't offer a free pair if that expectation is not met. I probably would have giving you a partial refund and some cleaning product, myself. There is something else you might want to consider at this point. You could have come in at 5 p.m. and the associate could have just given you your daughters glasses with a defect or quality issue in the lenses hopeing that you wouldn't notice it or that when you did it would be too late! That didn't happen though, not at Lenscrafters! That lab tech wasn't going to let you take home a pair of glasses that didn't pass our tough quality expectations! He or she continued to work on those glasses until they were done and done right!
