LENOX CAPITOL AKA FREDOM RESOURCES ripoff mistreated and ripped off MARIETTA Georgia
I was contacted back in November 2002. And asked if I wanted a credit card. Naturally, I said yes, and that's where the nightmare started. The money left my account and the card never arrived.
I called this Freedom Resources and they were surprised that I had kept all of the phone numbers in which to reach them. That seemed odd, I thought that they gave the numbers for you to write down and call back in case of problems. But not the case with this company. Oh and by the way, Freedom Resources number is no longer in use. That's no surprise!!!
I also called the customer service number and the excuses were that they were putting the codes in incorrectly and it would be fixed. I still haven't received my refund forms. So, I called today and got this rude woman on the phone and all she could do was yes ma'am me to death. I told her that I wanted to speak to someone over her and she said that there was no one available. Now, I am also in customer service and there is always someone available to take a phone call and I told her that she was not telling the truth. Yes ma'am was all I got throughout the entire conversation.
This is so frustrating!!!
