I really don't know where to start. I guess ex-employee doesn't read nor really have the facts at hand. Firstly and original Mr. Tingman who didn't mention his name in the original report (on has to ask why) if you have nothing to hide then come right out such as we did in the responses.
The facts are these and if anyone wants verification signed receipts from Chris Tingman himself, bank confirmation of cheques cashed, email money transfers, cash payments ect...
Mr. Tingman did not give 2 weeks as he outlines in his original statement because he was not working for RDI what so ever. But that is not what important. These "blogs" are peoples way to deal with frustration and nothing more.
In the early response I admitted to concerns and THEY WERE RESOLVED in fact so much so Mr. Tingman continued to shooting for RDI and everything was on a pay up front basis which RDI was more then happy to do.
Then Mr. Tingman took money and now we have all the photographs BOUGHT and PAID for but not after waiting 6 weeks in some cases. Mr. Tingman was honest enough to notify the company that his computer needed to be fix...fair enough computers do break down...but after his system was fixed and returned he chose to release some ... go out and party ... release some more ... party some more and it was only after legal action did the balance of the work come.
So you see, the corporation is not always the bad guy but it is how they respond on an issue...we have no way bad mouth Mr. Tingman other then FACTS not the company facts but the HARDEN facts facts from a MAJOR FINANCIAL BANK, MR. TINGMAN HIMSELF by Signature, Statements from Parents awaiting their photography work and models who all knew everything was bought and paid for.
So the author who states...I am with you Chris...must be referring that he with him to take money from a company and not deliver anything with due dilegence, take money and not inform the public that the problem has been rectified, promise the work after being paid but go out and party instead of dealing with business first...
Yeah....and to these people who openly make claims without the facts look up in the Criminal Code of Canada section 301 and then you will begin to appreciate the facts more and more.
Its okay to have an opinion, its okay to express a concern but ITS NOT OKAY to make a bold affirmative statement as if it was fact without first have DIRECT KNOWLEDGE and SUPPORTIVE FACTS.

Chris I'm totally on your side. Trevor and Brian and liars. They had no intention of ever paying you, but you caught on and ruined their plans. Everyone knows the way they are, and most likely created another account as a "parent" of a model to look more legit. It's their style, don't put it past them!

Well, Trever Goble and his staff are GREAT! Chris Tingman, this photographer, who took our daughter's picture, made us wait over a month to even see them! So, before people go too hard on Mr. Goble and his staff, maybe look at the photographer.
We also have been made aware that Mr. Tingman was pre-paid ahead of time!
As for RDI and staff, VERY professional, courteous, and other than Mr. Tingman"s nonsense, we received ALL of our services and more.
As for Mr. Markle, Ms. Lawson and the other staff, again we are more than confident and satisfied with them. My wife put me on to this Report, and so I waited until I had all the facts shown to me,and that my daughter was happy in the end. Shame on you Chris Tingman! A young girl shouldn't have to wait so long to see her dreams come true.

RDI Model and Talent began to utilize Chris Tingman of Flash Memories to shoot for various fashion shoots. Chris and myself (Trevor Goble, CEO of RDI) have been working well together. The problem here is RDI has paid for work and prints but has not received anything from Mr. Tingman. The first shoot is now past 30 days and the model is anxiously awaiting her paid photo's. Mr. Tingman has advised the company that his computer is being fixed and is awaiting for the repair. RDI understand that computers do need repairs from time to time but it doesn't take 30 days...but we remain patient. I only mention this because RDI is hoping this is not the case but are they being "ripped off" by the photographer?
Chris has indicated to RDI that he would print a rebuttal acknowledging that RDI and himself have settled their account and work continues but nothing since his filing has ever materialized. RDI has now taken the steps to reshoot all the work pending with Mr. Tingman at substantial cost as the models should never be affected by such events.
Oddly Mr. Tingman indicates that he constantly being contacted by model who have not received any of the photos they paid for...so if the photo's are paid for...then why don't they have them?
RDI has never taken the position Mr. Tingman has been paid for everything but he has been paid for what was authorized...proof...signed receipts for payment, copies of money orders and email money transfers received and accepted...as for everything...some shoots were not authorized, some where just not up to standards...etc...the fashion industry is particular on this subject...but with that said we hope Mr. Tingman will deliver the photo's that he has be PREPAID for...PREPAID for the shoot and prints...

RDI was please to have the matters addressed between the corporation and Chris Tingman who was the photographer that filed the original report. The meeting lead to Chris returning and shooting for RDI.
RDI prepaid for a photoshoot well over 10 days ago and no pictures have been delivered. The model and parents are very upset. RDI has had to redo the photoshot cost more money. It would seem RDI has been ripped off by the photographer. We would hope that the photographer will honour his commitment and provide the paid photos.
In further notation when people read this reports they should consider IT IS NOT a reputable reporting agency. It really is nothing more that a frustration blog where anyone can say anything without validation.
RDI Model & Talent has no derrogratory remarks with the Better Business Bureau nor has had any compliants filed with the Consumer Protection Bureau.
Like any business they can become victims of misleading and false information. While we applaud consumers in doing research on our business or any business the information being gathered through reputable services.
I am disappointed in many ways with this site as there is NO safe guards to protect anyone or any company from malicious and unwarranted actions. However, it does exist and individuals and companies alike must respond.
Regards, Trevor Goble RDI Model and Talent

It was unfortunate this article was written by an RDI Model photographer Chris Tingman. Chris Tingman is talent and has vast potential to become a serious fashion photographer in the modeling and fashion industry. RDI in this situation immediately replaced the "bounced" cheque via email money transfer to Mr. Tingman with a response thanking us for the immediate replacement. Mr. Tingman and RDI did agree that photographs taken could be used to assist in his portfolio however, the photographs are owned by the model and the agency.
Mr. Tingman did conduct about 14 photoshoots for RDI but completed about 10. He was paid by email money transfer for known completed shoots and we worked together on outstanding issues, some resolved some not.
Mr. Tingman would be correct to state that some shoots were outside of the RDI request and therefore RDI would not pay for any unauthorized photoshoots. Some models conducted photoshoot on their own and without authorization.
RDI has never refused to pay for work conducted but we have delayed payment until the company and the models were satisfied with the photoshoot. We have paid for the completed and successful work, paid a deposit for others but have declined to pay for unfinished or work not up to our standards.
In any event, we have now had an opportunity to sit down and speak with Chris Tingman and we are proud to annouce Chris has agreed to come back to work for RDI under a "no nonsense" contract. We at RDI strive to address the concerns brought to our attention so we can better serve our clients.
